Q. Why in you responses to my e-mail do you sometimes say FO. Is that supposed to stand for something? Like Fully Organized?
i.e. Why dont you FO.

A. FO is an acronym for some colorfull coloquial diction that we like to use here at Gunhead. However since we at Gunhead are, Family, Oriented we will leave the actual decryption of it to the individual.

Q. Whats with the whole space marine thing?

A. Space marines kick ass.
i.e. Doom, Halo, Aliens, Quake etc....

Q. Why do you sell collapsible stocks? It makes paintball guns look more like real guns.

A. Looking more real is half the point. The other half is that real guns are designed the way they are to facilitate use and to make them more effective. A stock helps a person point a rifle better, the same holds true of your paint marker.

Q. Why does Gunhead make stocks for VM-68s? Does anybody even make those things anymore? I mean, what is a VM-68 anyway.? Violent Mess or....

A. We here at Gunhead like em a lot. As far as we know, VM-68s are not manufactured anywhere. If You don't know what a VM is, google it, there are several sites dedicated to extolling the virtues of the VM-68. Check out links section for more info.

Q. Why don't you make a stock for my paint gun?
i.e. electro-jacker, splash job wuss-blaster 2000, Xtreme rectal pain 68, electogrip morbid death angel with cross pump, extreme team American marker w/laser sighting and GPS

A. Well, either no-one has asked for it at all, or not enough people have asked for it because wally world hasn't sold enough of em yet. That or your particular "paint marker" offends us. However, ask us, the worst that can happen is you will get an e-mail containing the cryptic message, "FO".

Q. So do you guys just make/sell stocks or are you gonna come out with some other products?

A. Currently we just make stocks and adaptors. However, we are in the process of working on some new and in our opinion, highly inovative items. Please be patient as we are a small company and current operations demand the bulk of our time.

Q. Whats with the wacky questions and answers? Do you guys think yer funny?

A. Yup.

Q. Do you guys have some kinda attitude problem or somethin?

A. Nope. We will do our best to accomadate you. We want to make sure that you get what you think you are paying for. We are people too and we know what it's like to be let down or jerked around (happens all the time). If you have a question, go ahead and ask us.

Q. How do the stocks attach to the gun?

A. The stocks attach via an adaptor that is machined to fit into the one particular paintgun. Exactly how it fits into the gun is dependent on the make and model.

Q. On my gun the adaptor replaces the plug in the back. The plug is how I adjust my velocity, how will i adjust it with the adaptor there.

A. Our adaptors are made (were applicable) with a new "velocity screw" which is accessable by detaching the collapsible stock. There is also a "velocity lock" that is tightened with an allen wrench.

Q. Why are there different stocks for Spyders?

A. All Spyders are not the same. Older models of Spyder, "classic", have a large rear plug and use two screws to retain this plug. Other models use what is called by Kingman a "quick-strip pin". Among the quick-strip pin class are models with a shark-rail that extends past the rear of the reciever; others are lacking this feature. Consequently some adaptors are made with an offset so that the new stock clears this shark-rail.

Q. Do I have to use the offset adaptor if I have a shark-rail?

A. Yes.

Q. What if I dont have a shark-rail on my Spyder, then do I need an offset adaptor?

A. No.

Q. I'm still confused how do I know exactly what adaptor I need for my gun?

A. Refer to the compatibility chart in the "products" section.

Q. Will the VM-68 stock fit my PMI-III.

A. Oh yeah. The Pmi-III is the same thing as a VM-68. By the way the VM-68 rules.

Q. What kind of plastic are these stocks made of. Will it crack if it gets cold or dropped?

A. Left over cold war technology. Just kidding, we think. The stocks are made to MIL SPEC standards. If it's good enough for a GI, it's good enough for you.

Q. I want to sell Gunhead products, what do I do?

A. Send us an E-mail at the contacts page dealers app, CLICK HERE.

Q. I'm on the fence, should I buy a Gunhead stock?

A. Yes, do it.

Q. I have a serious question and I suspect that it is in the FAQ somwhere, however, I am having trouble finding it among all the wise cracking.

A. Stuff it. But seriously, stuff it. No seriously, E-mail us.

Q. Sys-admin max, how long did it take you to create the new website?

A. About a day and a half, however, it took my Apple IIe 42 days to save and compile my effort, then it ran out of gas.
